BBC, the British national broadcaster, acquired factual programming producer Voltage TV for an undisclosed amount through subsidiary BBC Studios, allowing another broadcaster, Channel 4, to exit. The latter’s C4 Growth Fund had invested an undisclosed sum in Voltage in 2015.
