PTT Oil and Retail Business, part of oil and gas group PTT, has led a $23.5m series B round for Thailand-based agricultural technology developer Freshket, the Business Times reported today. Agricultural and food conglomerate Betagro was also part of the round, which was filled out by Openspace Ventures, Volta Circle and Orzon Ventures.
