Susquehanna Growth Equity has led a $62m series B round for speech-to-text software provider Speechmatics, while Fidelity’s Eight Roads unit led digital asset data aggregator Kaiko's $53m series B.

XM Cyber, a subsidiary of Germany-headquartered retailer Schwarz Group, has agreed to acquire Cyber Observer, an Israel-based cybersecurity management technology developer backed by cybersecurity and investment services firm Merlin International, for an amount estimated to be about $30m, according to Calcalist.

Fund

France-based financial services firm Banque Postale has formed a €150m ($158m) investment vehicle called 115K that will focus on developers of advanced technologies in areas like financial services and cybersecurity. The fund will provide between €250,000 to €5m per deal and has already backed carbon emission tracking service Carbo, expense payment software producer Joe, savings technology developer Cashbee and Cosmian, which provides data encryption software.
