China Mobile and Hexie Health Insurance co-led Moore Threads’ $215m series B round while Eicher Motors provided $37.4m for Stark Future.

Cybersecurity vendor Netwrix has acquired Remediant, a US-based cybersecurity software producer backed by computer manufacturer Dell, for an undisclosed amount. Corporate venturing unit Dell Technologies Capital co-led its $15m series A round in 2019.
Online lending platform Bankers Holding has paid an undisclosed sum to buy Crowd Credit, a Japan-based peer backed by corporates Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance, GMO, Monex, Sony, Seibu Shinkin Bank, Z Holdings and Itochu. Crowd Credit last raised money in a $10.1m round in April 2021.
