Investments roll in for blockchain-based games, fintech, enterprise software and energy companies.

US-based spatial analysis platform Carto secured $61m in a series C round featuring enterprise software provider Salesforce and media group Hearst’s respective corporate venturing units Salesforce Ventures and Hearst Ventures. The round was led by venture capital firm Insight Partners and featured the European Innovation Council Fund, Accel, Earlybird and Kibo.
