ETS Global led a $210m round for UpGrad while CrowdStrike's Falcon Fund took part in Talon Cyber Security's $100m series A.

Gym management software provider ABC Fitness Solutions has agreed to acquire Glofox, an Ireland-based fitness engagement software provider backed by investors including social media tracking service NewsWhip, for about €200m ($204m), Business Post has reported. The company had raised more than $30m in total, according to Axios.
Private equity firm Antarctica Capital has bought a controlling stake in Descartes Labs, a US-based geospatial intelligence technology provider that counts agribusiness Cargill as an investor, for an undisclosed sum. Descartes had secured over $80m in overall funding according to Axios, with Cargill backing its $30m series B round in 2017.
Open document services provider Legado has acquired technology from WonderBill, a UK-based household bill management platform backed by Shell Ventures, an investment vehicle for oil and gas producer Shell, for an undisclosed amount. WonderBill had closed down in January this year and its earlier investors had included consulting firm Boston Consulting Group‘s BCG Digital Ventures unit.
