Tencent and Sony have provided $263m for FromSoftware while Piramal Capital & Housing Finance backed EarlySalary’s $110m series D round.

Internet technology group NetEase has acquired one of its portfolio companies, France-based video game developer Quantic Dream. The size of the transaction was not disclosed size but it was carried out by the corporate’s NetEase Games subsidiary, three years after it invested an undisclosed amount in Quantic Dream.

Regulatory compliance software provider Relativity has bought portfolio company Heretik, a US-based developer of contract review tools, for an undisclosed amount. The company raised $3m from investors including Relativity, Corazon Capital and Chicago Ventures across two rounds in 2017.
