Zeelo, the UK-based smart bus portal operator backed by carmaker Jaguar Land Rover’s InMotion Ventures subsidiary, has agreed to terminate a merger with ride hailing service Swvl announced in April this year, due to market volatility.

New York-listed special purpose acquisition company Social Leverage Acquisition Corp I has agreed to purchase W3BCloud, the Ireland-based compute infrastructure builder that counts graphics processing unit producer Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and blockchain technology provider ConsenSys as investors. Both took part in a $20.5m round for W3BCloud in early 2020.
