ConsejoSano, the US-based developer of a health services navigation platform for local Spanish speakers, has secured $4.9m in a series A round led by 7wire Ventures that included Wanxiang Healthcare Investments, specialist healthcare fund backed by auto parts supplier Wanxiang, and Tufts Health Ventures, the corporate venturing arm of health insurance provider Tufts Health Plan, increasing ConsejoSano’s total funding to $7.2m, MobiHealthNews reported on Monday. The round also featured Total Impact Capital, Acumen, Oxeon Partners and Impact Engine.
