Claudio Lambert has rejoined Rendimento Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Brazilian financial services firm Grupo Rendimento, as head.

Formed in 2017 as ADM Venture Capital, Rendimento Ventures invests on behalf of its parent firm’s group companies: banking platform Rendimento, payment service Rendimento Pay and currency exchange group Cotação Rendimento Câmbio.

Rendimento Ventures focuses on seed to series A-stage business-to-business financial technology startups that are generating revenue. Its active portfolio features grain trading service Grão Direto, logistics matching platform GoFlux and Aegro, which has built an agricultural management tool.

Vehicle management software provider Gringo fills out the portfolio, which included Levpay, the cross-boarder ecommerce payment company that was acquired by peer Pagsmile in 2021.

Lambert had spent five years and a half from 2018 at Rendimiento Ventures. From April 2024, he held a five-month stint as chief investment officer at financial advisory firm Legend, focusing on special assets.
