The real estate database operator has now raised $28m altogether, adding $12m in a round that included strategic investor RealPage.
CompStak, a US-based provider of leasing information for the commercial real estate sector, has secured $12m in a series B round featuring real estate management software producer RealPage.
Investment firm IA Capital led the round, which was filled out by venture capital firms Canaan Partners and 500 Startups.
