Concur invests $2m into Evature, a provider of natural-language search capabilities for online travel, reportedly via its newly formed $150m Concur Perfect Trip Fund.

Nasdaq-listed travel company Concur, a travel and expense management solutions provider,  has launched a $150m fund called the “Concur Perfect Trip Fund, according to news provider TechCrunch.

Concur simultaneously invested $2m in a seed round for Israel-based Evature, a company that has developed Expert Virtual Agent (EVA) which enables free-text search for online travel. The investment is part of the Concur Perfect Trip Fund in which Concur looks to invest in platforms which it can integrate with its own Concur Connect platform.
