The pig-breeding software developer has received an undisclosed amount from Baidu Ventures after being incubated within Joyvio Group.

Baidu Ventures, a corporate venture capital subsidiary of internet group Baidu, has provided an undisclosed amount of funding for China-based pig-farming technology developer Jiawo Tianhe, DealStreetAsia has reported.

Jiawo Tianhe has built an artificial intelligence-equipped software platform that facilitates the precision breeding of pigs.

The company was incubated by Joyvio Group, the food-focused holding vehicle formed by diversified conglomerate Legend Holdings. It has not disclosed any earlier financing.
