Docomo Innovations, a corporate venturing unit of Japan-based phone operator NTT, joins $17m Midokura round.
Midokura, a Japan-based provider of network virtualisation software solutions, has raised $17.3m in series A funding from a consortium including phone group NTT Docomo’s corporate venturing unit Docomo Innovations, .
Innovation Network Corp of Japan led the round in Midokura.
Midokura will use the money for development and for the company’s ‘go-to-market’ efforts.
