Richard Holliday said: "After 10 years with the World Gold Council I have decided to seek new opportunities as an independent consultant."

Richard Holliday (pictured), director of technology at the trade body World Gold Council, has left to be an independent consultant.

The Council funds and encourages the use of gold by entrepreneurs and corporate venturers.
