Venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Google Ventures reportedly invest in Clean Power Finance.

Clean Power Finance, a US-based company to help people buy and install solar panels, has reportedly added venture capital (VC) firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Google Ventures, the corporate venturing unit of search engine company Google, as new investors.

There is no regulatory update. Clean Power previously raised $6.9m in January last year from VCs Claremont Creek Ventures and Clean Pacific Ventures and angel investors Sand Hill Angels and Gary Kremen.
