Dolan, a US-based media company, has agreed to join public relations firm Padilla Speer Beardsley in a $1m venture consortium backing local media news provider BringMeTheNews.
Investigative journalist and TV news anchor for the Minnesota region of the US, Rick Kupchell, set up the service as a local news aggregator and provider.
