Paul Ark (Polapat Arkkrapridi) has joined SCB Ventures, the fintech investment arm of Siam Commercial Bank, as head of venture capital.
Paul Ark (Polapat Arkkrapridi) has been appointed head of venture capital for SCB Ventures, the $50m strategic investment fund formed by Thailand-based financial services firm Siam Commercial Bank.
SCB Ventures was launched in the first quarter of 2016 with a brief to invest in financial technology developers at series A stage or later, according to DealStreetAsia.
Siam Commercial has also established an incubator and a lab subsidiary that will work on innovative technologies.
