BurnAlong, a US-based health and fitness platform operator backed by Johns Hopkins University (JHU), has received $1.2m in a funding round featuring unnamed participants, according to a regulatory filing.

The company is seeking additional capital for the round, with most of the cash supplied coming from existing BurnAlong investors, Baltimore Business Journal reported.
