The fuel cell developer, which has received funding from investors including defunct Russian oil company Yukos, has secured $63m from Singapore's sovereign wealth fund.

The China-based property and land developer will aim to bring technology developed by US firms through the incubator to the Chinese market.

Notably many large deals this year are now happening in China rather than in the US, as a potential reflection of its larger market for internet users and competitive ecosystem.
