German-based online fashion community moodboard startup Stylight, has raised an undisclosed amount in series B funding led by SevenVentures.

Alongside Qualcomm Ventures in the A round were angel investors Jerry Yang (Yahoo founder), Subrah Iyar (WebEx founder), and Dan Scheinman (ex-Cisco executive) and Bill Tai, a venture capitalist at Charles River Ventures.

In total, Prosper has raised $95m. In June 2011, CompuCredit, a Nasdaq-listed financing company, reinvested in a consortium providing $17.2m to Prosper.

The investment is one of the first from the Tata Capital Healthcare Fund I, which made a final close at R320 crore ($40m) in April last year and is run by Visalakshi Chandramouli.

The company previously raised an undisclosed amount in a series A round from venture capital firm Yaletown Venture Partners.

The portfolio company was incubated over the winter at Y Combinator.
