Mobile gaming platform Midverse Studios raises $6.5m from investors including IDG Ventures USA and IDG Capital Partners.

CA Technologies, an IT management software maker from the United States, has made a strategic investment in venture fund IDG Ventures India. For CA, the investment is part of a larger strategy to get access to India start-ups building innovative enterprise software that could be potential targets for acquisition.

Motorola Solutions Venture Capital, the corporate venturing unit of Motorola Solutions, has invested an undisclosed amount of funding into US-based shopper merchandise planning company Revionics. Prior to this round, the company had raised $18.2m, according to CrunchBase.

Swisscom Ventures, the corporate venturing unit of Swisscom, has invested an undisclosed amount of capital into Swiss company Lemoptix. Lemoptix, a 2008 Swiss Federal Institute of Technology spin-off, has developed technology that embeds micro-projectors in devices such as mobile phones, automotive baking sensors and wearable displays.

Bukalapak.com, a C2C marketplace e-commerce in Indonesia that enables sellers and buyers to do secured online transaction in simple way, has attracted an undisclosed amount of capital from Japan price data aggregator Aucfan, angel investor and venture capital outfit 500 Startups, and existing investor Gree Ventures.
