Shanghai Pharmaceutical Big Health Yunshang, formed in March with $100m of its parent company's cash, has raised another $174m in a round backed by JD.com and IDG Capital.

The ProSiebenSat.1 and Access Industries-backed music streaming service is considering another equity round or an initial public offering to raise more cash.

The startup fund has already backed Cambridge spinout BMLL and hopes to fundraise more money and add other spinouts to its portfolio.

Online travel agency Shijiebang has secured an undisclosed amount in series B capital, having previously received funding from backers including Fosun.

Microfinance firms Accion and Lok Capital were among the investors in a $25m round for IFMR, which provides financial services to remote Indian communities.
