Intel Capital's investment is part of $30m round for Kno, which also sees Advance Publications join the consortium as a new investor.

Venture capital firm New Enterprise Associates (NEA) led the $30m C round for TidalTV, and was joined by fellow reinvesting VC firm Valhalla Partners and Comcast Interactive Capital, the corporate venturing unit of local cable company Comcast.

SalesForce is paying $276m in cash and $50m in its shares for Radian6. A further $10m in stock and $4m in cash will be issued to founders and will be subject to vesting conditions over two years.
