Nokia-backed online advertising services company Rocket Fuel has reportedly selected Credit Suisse and Citigroup to lead its planned initial public offering later this year.

China-based Tujia.com, an online holiday rental service, has raised a total of $64m in its first two rounds after closing its series B financing.

Nissay Capital invested alongside CyberAgent Ventures and angel investors, according to news provider Tech In Asia.

Nokia Growth Partners, which raised $250m for its third fund from its Finland-based phone making parent, led the C round, with participation from Qualcomm Ventures, which invests on behalf of the eponymous chip maker.

CAA is also a co-sponsor of Star Avenue Capital, a consumer growth equity vehicle that it formed alongside buyout firm Irving Place Capital.

Simulmedia has now raised about $32.5m in total.

Verizon and salesforce.com backed iOS push technology developers Urban Airship concludes $25m Series D round. The round was led by August Capital with contributions from others. The funds will be used to expand the workforce for accelerated product development.
