Carnegie Mellon spinout Wellspring raises $6m to support its emerging technology platform that has been showcased at Global Corporate Venturing's 2016 summit.

SoftBank has followed a reported $70m investment in 2014 with another $14.8m for the online realty portal, also backed by Qualcomm.

The property selling platform reportedly raised the money late last year in a series C round led by Access Industries.

In February, Alice today announced a $3 million seed round led by Tishman Realty Principles, NeueHouse Founders, 645 Ventures, and the founders of Seamless.

Mindtree will make an upfront payment of $37m with the remainder as performance fees over the next two years.

InTurn, which runs an online service enabling businesses to sell excess stock to each other, has now raised more than $13m since it was founded.

Bertelsmann led the e-commerce services provider's series A round, while Beenext, Nirvana Venture Advisors and 500 Startups all returned.

Comcast Ventures led the digital locksmith's series B round, while 7-Eleven's corporate venturing subsidiary returned to reinvest.
