The SAP-backed IT infrastructure company has now raised $312m in total, and could look to launch an initial public offering in the near-to-mid future.

Senior care technology company Healthsense has received $10m in a round featuring Merck's corporate venturing unit.

The mobile advertising platform provider Smaato has now raised $40m in total and will invest the funds in improving its automated advertising system.

Electric vehicle charging company Chargepoint has added funding from Exelon's corporate venturing unit to take its total funding to $114m since 2007.

The e-commerce company has formed a partnership with Kabam, joining corporates including Google, Intel, SK Telecom, MGM and Warner Brothers in backing the developer.
