The online content streaming company, backed by Hearst and News Corp, has increased its overall funding to $150m as reports suggest it is preparing to go public.

Cloud-based analytics company GoodData has raised $25.7m in a series E round which featuring Intel Capital, bringing the total raised by the company to over $100m.

NTT, Recruit and Mitsui joined corporate backers including Google, Salesforce, Comcast and SAP in funding DocuSign, which has now received more than $310m altogether.

The online payment services provider has now raised almost $500m in total, securing the latest funds at a $6bn valuation.

The water purification company's existing investors include Dow, Coca-Cola and Tata.
