Tencent, an existing shareholder in edtech provider Yuanfudao, has returned for a $120m funding round led by Warburg Pincus.

The Citi Ventures-backed endpoint security software provider has secured $100m in a TPG Growth-led round, is valued at $3.75bn and has now raised $407m in total.
