Viamet Pharmaceuticals has raised $60m in a series D round featuring Novartis, Eli Lilly and Astellas, days after withdrawing its IPO plans.

Marketing technology company Thismoment has received $17.6m in a series D round from backers including UMC's corporate venturing subsidiary.

Welltok raised the cash in a series D round funded by Bessemer Venture Partners, bringing the total raised by the company to $70.8m.

Television remote app Peel has received a second strategic investment from Alibaba, which brought the company's total fundraising to $95m.

ClearSlide, which provides real-time visibility and sales analytics, has raised $50m in series D funding, taking the total raised by the Comcast-backed company to $140m.

The internet company is set to contribute $20m to Snapchat's series D round, as it acquired instant messaging app MessageMe, providing Google Ventures with an exit.

The flash storage company has now raised $150m, and will use the latest funds to expand geographically.

The Alzheimer's disease testing company has raised a round backed by Alopexx and Nestle's corporate venturing unit.

Nokia's corporate venturing fund led the round, which also included Docomo Capital, and which boosted Netpulse's overall funding to almost $40m.
