Sera Prognostics, developer of a prenatal test to predict birth risk, has raised $40m in a round led by its new distribution partner, LabCorp.

The restaurant booking platform has followed a $79m series C backed by Baidu and Dianping with a series C+ round that values it at more than $430m.
