Bright Capital, the $350m corporate venturing unit of Russia-based conglomerate Ru-Com, led the B round's first tranche that diluted existing shareholders, building materials producer Chaux de Contern and venture capital firm I2BF.

EverFi had previously raised $11m in September 2010.

Alongside Intel Capital in the round were venture investment firms Invus and Sunstone Capital.

Alongside Samsung Venture Investment Corporation, which led the round, were venture capital firms Ayala Capital, ICCP Venture Partners, The Investment Fund for Foundations (TIFF), Tallwood Venture Capital and Narra Venture Capital.

This extension takes the B round to $8m.

The latest $1.8m round for the family gaming company follows a $1.2m roundalso led by Family Odyssey.

OvaScience, a US-based fertility company, has raised $37m in its series B round.

Matomy previously invested in the $633,000 round for Plink alongside Ahlborg Acquisitions.
