Digital textbook provider RedShelf has secured series B funding in a round backed by existing investor National Association of College Stores.

IDG Ventures, which invested in the cybersecurity company's $15m series A round last year, has returned to contribute to $10m of new funding.

The 3D sensor developer raised the funding at a valuation north of $1bn, with contributions from Sensata Technologies, Delphi Automotive and existing backer Samsung.

Meeting analytics platform EventBoard has now raised more than $20m, having closed a Nokia Growth Partners-led round that included GE Ventures.

LeEco has invested $27m in a series B round for online finance platform Lancai, which had previously raised cash from investors including Legend Holdings.

Bertelsmann co-led the round, which also featured WWE and Discovery Communications, and which took the sports livestreaming platform's total funding to $32.2m.

GuangZhou WinHi-backed mobile game publisher Firefly Games has closed a second funding round, which was led by China Construction Bank.

Mantis, the operator of bus ticket platform Travelyaari, has taken its 2016 funding to $10m and will spend the cash on product and network development.

The big data software-as-a-service provider raised the funding from backers including Surfilter Network Technology, and will invest in R&D and new applications.
