CyberAgent Ventures reportedly received up to 20% of iPeen's shares for investing $1m.

Alongside O'Reilly AlphaTech Ventures in Fidelis' series A round are venture capital firm Accel Partners, Novak Biddle and Ulu Ventures and angel investors.

Alongside Comcast Interactive Capital in the series B round for Flipboard were venture capital firms Insight Venture Partners, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Index Ventures, and angel investors Chernin Group, Ron Conway, Jack Dorsey, Ashton Kutcher and Dustin Moskovitz, according to news provider All Things D.

Japan-based internet holding company Softbank led the A round for SocialFlow, and the consortium also included SocialFlow's incubator, Betaworks and AOL Ventures, the corporate venturing unit of US media group AOL.
