Legend Capital has invested in a $32.6m round raised by Axonics Modulation Technologies, which is developing technology to treat chronic pain.

GE and Mayo Clinic were among the investors in the round, which Chrono intends to use to the capital to complete its digital aid for stopping smoking.

Cyebrsecurity technology developer Exabeam has raised $10m in a round including Wells Fargo-backed Norwest Venture Partners and Imperva CEO Shlomo Kramer.

The round, supported by NTT Docomo, CyberAgent, Sumitomo and Sinar Mas, is reportedly the largest series A ever raised by a Thai startup, and brings the company's total funding to $13.8m.

It is one of the largest series A yet for a Cambridge spin-out.

Cybersecurity company Fortscale has raised $10m in a round co-led by Intel Capital, and has now secured $12m in total since it was founded in 2012.

Aver, the creator of a platform to simplify healthcare payments, has now raised about $11m from investors including GE Ventures.

The investment is led by Wellington Partners.
