Brazil-based tech blog Startupi has raised $300,000 in seed funding from Redpoint eVentures and Initial Capital

Venture capital firms Atlas Venture, Bessemer Venture Partners and Great Oaks VC and angels Jim Patterson, MJ Elmore and Howard Lindzon also invested alongside Salesforce, according to news provider TechCrunch.

D2M is understood to be bringing out a prototype of the wrist-worn device, which will save the last minute of buffered memory and send it wirelessly for editing and sharing the audio file.
