AirVend, a company that produces cashless touchscreen devices that attach to vending machines, has raised $1.2m in seed funding led by 365 Retail Markets.

Breaker, a Tokyo-based producer and distributer of mobile video entertainment, has closed $2m in seed funding.

Gridle, a finalist at the Microsoft BizSpark India Startup Challenge 2013, has raised R1m ($16,300) in seed funding.
