The deal follows a $250m series B round closed by Dropbox in October featuring financial services firm Goldman Sachs and several VC investors.

In May, Zimbio raised $8.9m in its series B round from Fenwick & West Investments, US bank Comerica Bank and venture capital firms Menlo Ventures, which led the syndicate, Great Oaks Venture Capital and Draper Associates.
