US-based SideCar, a P2P ride-sharing network, has acquired Heyride for an undisclosed amount.

Visere is a digital design firm, while Massive Health created an iPhone app for improving eating habits seeded with $2.25m in 2011 by venture capital firms.

US-based Fidelity National Information Services has acquired the remaining 78% stake of mobile payments company mFoundry that it did not already own for $120m.

The $55m purchase price includes $13m in assumed debt and other liabilities.
