Match Group has acquired a majority stake in CAA-backed dating app Hinge, having made several investments since September last year.

The live video streaming platform, which is backed by Kunlun Tech, Duomi and Tencent, has set the terms for its initial public offering.

The sports media platform has now raised $93m, after raising series D funds from investors including Liberty Media and Emil Capital.

A total of 22 participants have each received $100,000 in funding as part of the UC Berkeley accelerator.
