Yahoo Japan is paying $83.7m for a 45.6% stake in online recipe platform and portfolio company Dely, which has several other corporate backers.

Swisscom had been a customer of Exoscale and Stefan Kuentz, investment director at Swisscom Ventures, said: "To support the company's international expansion journey, we are glad to have found A1 Digital as the new majority owner and partner that has the reach to unlock multiple new markets"

Swisscom Ventures had backed ServiceMesh in July after the company initially raised $15m in November 2011, according to data provider Crunchbase.

The workplace search startup had raised about $3m from investors including Slack before being acquired by Box.
