L Capital Asia reportedly buys a stake in a Hong Kong-listed diamond supplier, and reportedly strengthens its ties to Indian fashion company Genesis Luxury.

The China-based video sharing website led by Gary Wei Wang is 11.4% owned by a unit of International Data Group.

The Amazon-backed daily deals site acquires TicketMonster a month after LivingSocial reportedly appointed banks for a flotation.

Tengelmann buys stake in the business which runs a platform for manufacturers to sell premium products to retailers.

Google Ventures' Karim Faris said WhaleShark Media had the key characteristics the firm looks for in deals - it maps community growth and addresses "a pervasive market need".

The acquisition follows Yatra.com raising R200 crore ($45m) in April.
