MobStac, a platform that provides a mobile-specific e-commerce experience, has raised $2m in series B funding.

Beyond the Rack, headquartered in Saint-Laurent, Canada, has closed $25m in series C investment from investors including Iris Capital.

Foodpanda, a German-based online food delivery service and marketplace incubated by Rocket Internet, has raised $20m in venture capital funding from investors including Phenomen Ventures.
