Bertelsmann Asia Investments has backed a series C+ round that followed an initial series C backed by Tencent.

The fashion marketplace has raised a total of $82m in funding after closing a series C round that featured all existing investors, including SIG and Hubert Burda.

The corporate has agreed to acquire Mobike, backed by Tencent, for $2.7bn.
