The portable power company has closed its series C funding with the SBI Jeffries Asia Fund partnership and EDBI joining existing investors including Schlumberger.

Medical device company NxThera has raised a second round of series B funding from a combination of corporates and venture capital investors.

Blekko raised $30m in its round with the other half coming from venture capital firms MLC Private Equity, US Venture Partners, CMEA Capital and PivotNorth Capital.

Gaurav Bhandari, managing director at Goldman Sachs, said: "The growing dependence on earned media requires robust marketing decision platforms capable of uncovering real time data on consumer messaging, engagement and share of voice."

Navin Shenoy, vice-president of Asia-Pacific at Intel, said: "As PC [personal computer] ownership rises among Indian households, there is growing demand for online services and content."

Tencent had provided an undisclosed amount to FTuan's B round earlier this year.

Zenverge has attracted a mixture of new and existing investors for its series D round, including Motorola Mobility and semiconductor counterpart Entropic.
