Nokia Growth Partners, which raised $250m for its third fund from its Finland-based phone making parent, led the C round, with participation from Qualcomm Ventures, which invests on behalf of the eponymous chip maker.

IDG Ventures India, the local corporate venturing unit of US-based publisher International Data Group that is raising $175m for its second fund, reinvested in the B round alongside Unilazer Ventures, a family office of UTV founder and chairman Ronnie Screwvala.

In December, WSO2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a third round investment of $10m.

Novian is looking to raise a further $2.5m in its A round.

Investors included RaQualia Pharma, which provides clinical and pre-clinical candidates for human patients

All existing institutional investors, including Polaris Ventures, Versant Ventures, SV Life Sciences, Sparta, and Ascension Health Ventures participated at or above their pro-rata level in the current financing.

Formerly known as Linkwell Communications, the company said its platform reached members across 22 health plans, including Humana, Health Net and WellPoint.

Alongside Comcast Ventures, which led the round, were venture capital firms Piton Capital, Pentech Ventures and Bullpen Capital and angel investor and management consultant Richard Koch, who had previously backed gambling company Betfair.
