Zynga finds Conduit as its fourth deal

Conduit Labs sells to social gaming peer Zynga.

Zynga has made its fourth recent deal by acquiring Conduit Labs, a US-based social gaming peer for an undisclosed sum.

Zynga has raised about $390m in venture funding, from Japan-based conglomerate Softbank and Russian internet holding group Digital Sky Technologies and venture capital firms.

Conduit Labs has raised $8.5m from VCs Charles River Ventures and Prism VentureWorks.
