Zuellig Pharma has paid an undisclosed amount for portfolio company Klinify after investing in the healthcare data software provider two years ago.
Singapore-based healthcare data management platform developer Klinify has been acquired by existing investor and healthcare services provider Zuellig Pharma for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2011, Klinify has created a cloud-based software platform that helps medical clinics effectively digitise the management of patient records and other healthcare documents. Its software includes a predictive analytics-driven tool that helps identify patients due for a checkup, as well as a number of features that support billing and inventory management.
