Cloud services supplier Zenlayer, which counts NSFocus as an early investor, secured $28.4m in funding the month after opening a Chinese R&D hub.

Zenlayer, a US-based cloud software services provider backed by cybersecurity software producer NSFocus, raised more than RMB200m ($28.4m) in a series B round led by fund manager Forebright Capital today.

The round also featured venture capital firm Volcanics Venture and VC fund F&G Venture. The latter investor had led a $10m series A round for Zenlayer in May 2017 that included NSFocus and unnamed additional participants.
