SIG has returned to invest in a $100m series D round for the online employee training service after contributing to its previous two rounds.
China-based corporate training platform Yunxuetang has closed a $100m series D round backed by technology and quantitative trading firm Susquehanna International Group (SIG), 36Kr reported on Saturday.
Centurium Capital led the round while fellow private equity firm Yunfeng Capital also contributed funding.
Founded in 2011, Yunxuetang offers free and paid online classes available to anyone, and allows enterprise clients to provide dedicated training courses for their employees.
